Curious how you pay your sales staff. I think I am ready to finally hire my first full time sales position, but not sure how to set pay. Thinking a lower hourly rate with commission for each job sold, not sure on the percentage per job though. I also know if you pay peanuts you get monkeys, so perhaps its better to do a higher salary with performance bonuses? Curious what your experience has to offer...
