I demod a teupen sc69a today. Track lift was clearly better, I know because I brought it and did a side by side. The teupen has a two man basket, which gives it 2 more feet of side reach. It's also 600lbs lighter due to aluminum construction.
I wrote out some specs for a side by side comparison off of the manufacturer spec sheets.
One interesting thing that came up is the dead mans switch. The teupen lift has one and I told their rep I hated it. It really was my biggest dislike. So he asked me what the switch was like on my tracked lift, I told him I didn't have one. He then told me osha required it, now I've spent an hour on osha and google trying to find it and I can't. Has anybody heard of the dead man switch requirement for AWP's?
