Opening for experienced forman/climber

I am needing to focus on my company this year as we have acquired a new contract beginning in a few months.

I am looking to hire an individual capable of leading a crew and is skilled in climbing/rigging. He or she should also be able to communicate with clients with a professional manner.

We are a drug free workplace, focusing mainly on pruning and removals. Our PHC services are limited to pruning, cabling and air/root work at this point. We rent cranes with qualified operators when the job requires it and most days operations are removal based.

We work in a great market, caring for several golf courses as well as POAs' and a large base of recurring residential clients.

This could be done on a contract basis if it works well for everyone involved, but what I primarily have in mind is a long term commitment.

Pay and benefits according to experience and skill but will be very competitive. I am open to creating a custom package.
