Ontario TCC in Midland, ON – at Little Lake Park on the shores of Georgian Bay.
Sept. 10, with setup on Sept. 9. This location is in far Northern Ontario.
This will be my 4th as a volunteer at this chapter TCC ……… anyone else up for a road trip ?

Hi Greg! Jeff will not be able to make it there this year. We had some storms here (nothing compared to East Coast), but we are working 7 days a week. Jeff was so looking forward to going. Hope all is well with you - maybe we will see ya in Indiana?

Hey Greg glad to hear you are coming to Midland for Ontario Tree Climbing Championship, I am the local representative on the committee and everything is falling into place nicely.I will correct one thing on your description of Midland in regards to location(far north).Midland is considered Central Ontario and only 1.5 hours north of Toronto and maybe 3 hours from the border crossing at Buffalo NY.Any treebuzzers need any further info on event I would be happy to help.

Why does the Ontario Chapter and the Quebec chapter put their comps the same weekend? I've been wanting to go check your guyses out but can't because of this. I think it would be cool if they were consecutive weekends or something. Then we could get a bunch of guys from here to head up and help you guys out and vice versa....

Hoping to attend and meet some buzzers, it's only 20 mins from my house! Will there be a small exhibitor area there ArborCut? Haven't been to one yet

The OTCC in Midland was a great event!! Midland was a beautiful venue on Little Lake with some impressive trees. Kudos to the organizers and their selection, and all the work that went into the setups. The climbers stepped up and gave their best, and made a good competition into a great one. The Masters was a nail-biter and would make any knot become undone!
