Only if it proves they can control it, it's profitable for them, and there are no other alternatives we can choose from will it happen.

OK, so you're saying we should remove fuel subsidies and stop using the strategic oil reserve to deflate prices? I'm with you there. Let the market reflect true costs. As it is, biodiesel is only slightly higher than petroleum diesel right now--with a boost like you suggest, it could really take off!
