No dead tree climbing policy

I'm an owner. I climb what I choose. The big B is not allowed. Cons Comm will not let our struggling Black Oaks be removed until dead if it's in their jurisdiction. Damn near everything is in their jurisdiction here.

Do you have any policies for work or you just do what you want/feel is ok

It is all up to me. Often we will break test limbs to see how bad things are. So far nothing too sketchy. If it is, I find a way to get a lift to it.

I think it's important to remember that live trees hurt bad to. Not much I can add to this. Seems I get quite a few over the yrs as a court order. Pull and push test, observe and act accordingly. Helps to remember many great men have been hurt or killed, some industry leaders at that. Only time I walked away from a tree was a mostly dead ash. You could smell the rot entering the yard. Got up on the roof for a closer look and said leave it for a bucket.
