So I called Tiffin Crane who put the crane together and who serviced it. The service man said that those booms do not have a sequencing valve just a pretension valve and ours needs to be adjusted tighter. He said that all the pretension valve does is controls the first boom going out and from there the crane will push out however. He said for booms of that year and model that is how they worked from the factory and to not worry. He also said many other booms were built this same way. We are relieved now but if anyone has any further input let us know we appreciate the help. We are young guys 24 and 25 never worked for a big company just started when we were 17 and 18. Any help is greatly appreciated.
