New Tree Climbing Video

Like blowing on Dandelion seeds and watching them go every which way, I'm posting a link to a tree climbing video my wife ran across, to see which direction the Buzz is going to go. So many commenting possibilities here.

Doesn't bother me either. I'm jealous of his balance. I'd like to see a video of him barefoot in something with some gnarly bark and see how graceful he is then.

and about only climbing them to cut them down. I think that kind of stuff is cool but I don't think it has any place at work. He is obviously cool with falling but how far is the question.
 
Yeah falling 10' is one thing, I used to jump off my 18' roof as a kid no prob but I don't think I have the flex or willingness to do that anymore. Need my body to make a living. There is a lot of generalization in statements these days ( his statement about people only climbing to cut trees down etc ), used a bit loosely but again to each his own I guess.
 
I enjoyed the film, it reminds me of when I was a kid. :)

I believe I never stopped climbing trees because I somehow found a way to do it for a living. Thank god!

That guy really loves to climb, and loves trees!

I once had a lady ask me if the tree felt the pain as I was cutting it down. That's horrible. She was in tears.

When I was a kid I kept my piggybank 40 ft up an ol' cherry tree.

Cathedrall of trees...beech??

I reckon you could make a thread on what is the cathedrall of trees.
Moreten bay fig,Euc grandis, they cathedrall like. My opinion.
