New SRT Harness

You know one of the main reasons I was never interested in the Tree Flex was because no one ever posted a picture of the back or showed the harness set up with gear. C'mon people if you want to sell your product show it off!
This leads me to a question about the Tree Access, does it have any caritool/ carabiner slots?
This is where Petzl and Teufelberger dominates, gear hanging capabilities. Just my 2 pennies.

There were pics of the TF on the forum as well as Safety Technology website. The belt/attachment stuff on the back isn't much different than any others. It does have a rated loop at the middle for attaching suspenders.

I've never had issues with gear access on my TF. I've added a CariTool and some loops of my own.

I've got a TF and i love it, I like the options it gives you. Although it may be a little light on the accessory loops I just added a caritool and a diddybag and now i can bring anything i would ever need up with me. I still dont have a chest ascender but i often use the SRT point for my regular climbing systems which frees up the bridge for lanyards rescues etc.

I modded my treeflex to hold alsorts off the back.

I can source and post treeflex out to you boys because i'm uk based, post is an average of $15.

The other arbpro looks good, shame that the bridge is all sewn in, that needs to replaced or modded at times.

For those who want some thoughts on loops, I stock a wide variety of ropes, from 3mm, 4mm, 5mm etc. These can have a MBS of 800kgs plus....take a look at 'excel control' made by Marlow ropes, the 5mm is 877kg mbs, It is technora/polyester cover and a very hardwearing and smart looking rope to make loops etc.

I also have standard black accessory cord, lots of handy uses.

You must be looking at a different saddle than I'm finding. Freeworker shows the same pic as Chris linked. The webbing bridge looks like the same concept as on TreeFlex. Using shackles and sewn webbing it allows for easy replacement.

Tree Access

I slipped a Tree Access on while at Expo. On first blush is seems comfy and well built. I should have walked next door and hung on a rope at the ABR/ISC booth.

Chris

Got any reviews for us on the new harness?

Oh Yeah, hands down one of the best saddles that I've ever used...next to my TreeFlex.

The sawn bridge webbing and shackles are great, BUT the TF shackles are much smaller and do the job just fine, without having the extra size and weight.

Leg loops and buckles are super comfy and easy to take on and off, as well as adjust tension.

The waist adjustment straps are a little harder to use than the TF waist buckles. Paolos design is truly awesome.

I will have to climb more in the Tree Access and really break it in to get a full review, but so far I love it.

Contact Luke at TreeStuff.com and maybe you can get one too?
