I’m reading it on the link you posted and it shows a lot, I have the SherrillTree handbook to climbing and this goes way more in depth it’s perfect
 
One thing I'll suggest, don't get completely wrapped up in the way you commute to work, i.e., climbing. It is important no question but, its the means to get to your work not the work itself. Learn tree biomechanics, biology, soils, entomology and mycology to better understand how trees function in their environments and what impacts our work has on them.
