Need single-barrel carburetor

Hi,
I need a single barrel carburetor for a Ford 300 6 Cylinder brush bandit chipper... Was curious if anyone has one or know of where I can get one.

i will take some pics for you today. mine is a motorcraft but it can also be a carter as i am told. I will get the part number too

I might have one not sure if it would work. It came off of a 1970 Ford fairlane 500(base model torino basically). I think I just saw it last month. I pulled it in 1991 and has been in a box since. Not sure what size 6 cylinder it was. I see if it is were I think it is and see if there are any #'s on it.

To to Advance Auto. They used to have them in stock when I worked
there a few years ago. $90 can't beat it other than free

Almost any Carter YF-1 or YFA will work. It just has to correctly link to the small governor mounted on the front of the engine and be adjusted properly to advance the throttle when under load.

Sorry it took so long to get back to ya's. The carb is a motorcraft. There are 2 numbers on the tag. The first number is: D7jlA The second number reads: C9j21.
