my type of tree work

Always tryin' to save some time and energy.. One cut instead of two.. no extra piece to handle..

on That spruce by the pool, cutting low saved the time needed to clean up all the lower limbs that I'd have had to cut out of the way too. That was a long way out to the chipper.

I have to say I liked it.

yeah, he already bore cut that one at 6:34(or so, if i remember the time). then the release cut lower didn't matter.

that's a LOT OF VIDEO EDITING Daniel. Good work.

Hows the green tracks on the asv? Do you spin or get stuck a lot?

I've thought about having a small asv like yours with the green tracks for total sod work, then use our bigger one for the heavy stuff and mud stuff.

Not much traction on the green tracks.. slips on a slight upgrade on wet leaves.. Good at what it does, but limited applications.. no dirt or stone work.. even going through the woods will tear up the tracks at $7K a pair

Great video and tree work.

My only critique is Dont turn and run....at 3:24 the cutter turned away ran and dropped the saw. The chain brake wasnt applied and the bar was spinning toward his legs..

I saw several low back cuts (or strap releases). In the video where you felled the tulip next to the porch, you said you did this because you hit metal during your bore. What's the reason for it on these other trees?

Nice work Daniel, very impressive.
Have to say though 2:19 looked kind of unnessesarilly risky ...
Maybe it's just the perspective from the video.
