Mulch robbing nitrogen from the soil

that sounds like a quality mulch being produced, but i am curious...is the price/cubicyard worth all the time and space required to create this mulch product? do you market it as a higher quality mulch. the biggest tree recycling plant here turns tree wood/ woods chips into a double shredded mulch in a matter of days.

Space is a huge issue of course, but the owner is fortunate to have about five acres for the yard. As far as time consuming... the yard has to be reorganized every 2-3 months anyway so we can get more material in, as well throughout the growing season about 14-25 yards of the finished product goes out per month. We don't charge for the material but we do get paid to install it. With this constant shuffling we get just the right amount of aeration to prevent anaerobic decomposition. Great stuff, in late fall when the piles get disturbed you can't see the piles for steam.
