I’ve said it before, but I believe it can’t be said enough…this forum and each of you are fantastic.

Having access to such a wealth of knowledge, that is shared so generously, with no judgment (other than healthy debate) is rare. It’s a culture thing, and you have created it here. It’s what I call the small town feel of the World Wide Web. Thank you for making it so.

I’m a hunger relief worker by profession. Although it is non-profit, it’s still business, and we must perform exceptionally. In that same context, although I climb recreationally, I still want to be excellent in safety, technique, and knowledge. Like my career, it’s not about the money.

With that, I want to say thank you for your generosity. I imagine you don’t realize how special you are.

I would say the same to you. Although in your work you must have to look on the bright side, it’s very good of you to share that attitude with the members here.

Speaking for myself, I’ve been recently much disheartened by the rapidity and frequency of the onset of acrimony, here and in the broader world. Your good will has great value.
