Yep. When the commercialism of the season gets to you, or you've just heard Jingle Bells or Frosty the Snowman for the 2000th time, putting one of the Christmas hymns on is a great move.

Italian Christmas Eve tradition (I'm an ethnic mutt) is to have seafood and pasta either after evining mass or before midnight Mass.
Butter, garlic, and basil broiled crab legs.
Pan seared scallops in butter, bacon fat, and bacon bits.
Mushroom and shrimp alfredo over linguine.
