This is my pull and hold. I use sectioned poles, the pull and hold hangs on the top of the bottom pole, you can see the little loop on the hook that keeps it from sliding down before loading.
To load, the snap release is attached to the slingshot pouch. The throw bag is loaded in the pouch. The pouch is pulled down to reach the mini biner on the pull and hold, the pear screwlink makes it easy to quickly clip the Wichard onto the carabiner.
Next stand the pole straight up vertical, then push the sleeve down as far as needed to get the power you want. No MA needed, just put your upper body over the sleeve, straighten your arms and push down, moves easily. My pole is 10' total length, if I want to put a 10oz bag over 100-135' I pull the full length of the pole.
Height potential depends on the time of year, latex tubing starts to lose some rebound as the temps drop to 50f, and becomes useless when you get into mid 20'sf or colder. With air temps of 70f+ you can get max heights with your slingshot.
