Would a class 1 double braid splice be fine for this line?

Marlow Vesper is an 11.8mm tree climbing line with an all polyester construction providing a low elongation rope with good friction and heat resistance. Vesper is fully compliant with EN 1891 as a type A rope and is both CE certified.

If anyone is interested:

I tired using Yale's dbl braid instructions with a 4-4-5 cover taper. It was pretty obvious the crossover area was going to be too thick to even remotely get a the final bury to go. The cover is pretty tight on this line and the core is substantial. I reached out to MARLOW and they shared their instructions for a low profile splice that could be feed through a zig zag. I'm attaching just to share it. I haven't tried it yet. I think if a traditional dbl braid splice would work, it would require a decent amount of core reduction.
