im with ya. blast his name all around as DONT HIRE THIS GUY. he is committing a crime making off with your gear like that. weather it be construction tools, masonry or wood working. we all have tools for our trade and he took our companies tools. just the thought of him using your climbing gear to work his own jobs enrages me. i cant believe people can be soo selfish and have no sense of responsibility

the guy my brother was after was caught, i called them to make sure the name wasn't this Mardy guy. Name was Shane Manners and as far as they know, he is still locked up in detention center.
