LOR computer on my bandit

We replaced the lcd on the chipper and the rpm’s don’t match up to the engine. Display says 190 at idle but it’s prolly around 800. There’s nothing in the manual about adjusting this. Does anyone know how?

Sounds to me more like bad input data or a bad connection somewhere, check all of the connectors leading from the computer to the sensor, also make sure the gap between the sensor and the flywheel is correct. If that gap is wrong, it will not count teeth properly. And if a connection somewhere is dirty, or poor, it may give a low reading due to the extra resistance.

Where did you get the screen? Mine went out and found the same available on line, but calling landmark they have to be factory programmed at about twice the fucken price.
I bet this is your issue.

I did this before on my other chipper and I just don’t remember how or how I learned how. You have to do it manually using the inputs. It just escapes me
