Looking to refer someone

I don’t know where to post this…
Apparently, I have a relative in Dover, Ohio. Is there any good Arborist in the vicinity? Who also does PHC?
I need to give this second Cousin, a good referral to someone who would take care of their trees.

I know Henry Lieberman - only met a few times ... We are among just a few in Ohio who are both SAF Certified Forester and ISA Certified Arborist...but I haven't seen him at Ohio ISA conference for a few years so not sure how active he still is with tree care? I haven't been to SAF as I don't do a lot of forestry anymore. But what I know of him he's capable of taking care of trees/ not a hack. https://glaciersendforestry.com/services-3/

Anybody else I can think of is also over an hour away...I grew up 30 minutes north of Dover, but never plugged into the local market there - have been away my entire professional career.
