dude, yer crazy man

unless you can't stand geese, cuz they are now heading SOUTH, and my yard is littered with yellow leaves - pesky trees ;)

seriously though, if you plan on climbing trees all winter - more power to ya. It's the kind of activity that really separates the men from the boys (wait a minute, then why am I leaving?) Most companies tend to hire in the spring when the phone starts to ring heavy, and this time of year they're trying to decide who to keep all winter and who may get laid off if things get slow. Good luck bro.

btw, welcome to the buzz

I grew up in the north and not a huge fan of frozen fingers and toes. My family is up there(moms getting old) and would love to see my kids freezing there asses off with a huge smile on their stinging faces flying down a hill on a sled.Great spring, summer and fall though. Tennessee is great and has been good to me but we feel life is short and it may be time to move on. Thanks for the input

Sorry for the misunderstandment. I thought you were searching for a job. I already work 60 degrees north (same as Anchorage) and am quite familiar with the aspects of working in a cold and wet environment. We do not consider ourselves crazy though, you can have an exclusive on that

Thanks for the replies. I am unfortunately looking in a specific area. Central N.Y. Syracuse and surrounding areas. It sounds as if not much is going on there though. Norway might be a little too far off the beaten path. And the conuks might just be too tough. Sound as if they can take anything.
