looking for work in Indy

Maybe some of you guys can help me,I've got several groundhand/entry-level climbers from Indianapolis and I need to find reputable employers willing to give a young person a chance. Must follow ANSI, pay on time(no chasing the check), and NO DRUGS! I'm already persuing Davey and Bartlett but sometimes all they want is foreman quality climbers. I'd like to find some small timers with proffessional work attitude. I've come across some "big-timers"(bunch o' trucks, 20+ employees, big contracts, CAs on board) who don't seem to care about PPE, proper tree care, or even blatant employee drug abuse. It's discouraging. Please PM me with good news.

I know you said in IN but if you have one willing to come up here for a while (we are seasonal and probably have another 2-3 months). I have a tree service in Alaska and we can never find decent guys up here, even just good groudsmen are hard to find. I am an ISA certified arborist.
