As a result of rapidly increasing sales volumes, John Watson Landscape Illumination, based in a suburb of Dallas, Texas, is seeking reliable and experienced tree climbers with strong work ethic (entire crew and or crew chief for that matter) for immediate hire.
Skills in rope and saddle tree climbing techniques are required. Having worked as an apprentice or journeyman electrician or having installed landscape lighting is preferred, but not required. Preference for candidates with valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel out of town 50% of time to major metropolitan areas (typically 2 weeks in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and 2 weeks out of town). All travel expenses paid including location based stipend for meals.
Hourly pay rate is based upon experience; however, experienced climbers made $48,000-$53,000 last year. Those willing to travel more have the greatest income potential.
