Iam looking for advise finding a climber for 2007.I pay great money,IRA ect.My 1 climber makes appox 1500.00 2000.00 a week how good can it get.Dont miunderstand me he works hard.See if some one can give me some good advise on this subject.It seems that every one has the same problem.If you what to speak to me on a great oppertunity please e-mail me.

Please dont take this the wrong way Richard.

Your spelling is diabolical.

Ask someone you know to tell you about spell check which is available on all computers.

Failing that a Cambridge or Oxford english dictionary would be a good start.

What great advice. Spelling will get you the next great climber. That makes complete sence, I have been going at it all wrong. Well Richard, looks like we learned something today.
I have been getting involved in local TCC events as well as local chapter ISA. They have introduced alot of tallent to me. This web site is a great source as well. Good luck and be safe. And remember, a great arborist is a great speller.

RH your deal sounds great as do other offers from that great state, unfortunately I have a strong aversion to the Megalopolis.
Maybe you should try in-house training or...
ACRT has a great program if you can find a young person who wants to work for you but you don't want to invest time and $ into training, they'll take care of basic training and when finished you've got a highly trained entry level tree climber.

Not only can he not spell he can't dial numbers too well either. I have left my number for him on two different voice mails for him. Maybe I just don't have the talent to be an "Arbor Barber".

There are a lot of trees and a lot of wealthy people in New Jersey. Sounds like a great place to have a tree company if you ask me.

ps- I pm'd rich last week and suggested he improve the grammar of his job postings. I think it DOES make you seem like a less competent business owner and someone I'm less likely to want to work for.

I do as well. I feel there is a better way of informing him rather than public humiliation. A pm is a much nicer way of giving him some advice.

im adam .Ive been climbing for 4 years.i have a few great references.I guess before i spend a lot of time talking about myself and skills .Do you still need a climber.
