Job Hunting

I was laid off yesterday morning from the company that I worked for about a year. Now I am back on the job search looking for business opportunities. I am a certified tree worker/climber specialist and have been working in the industry about 4 years now. I will have my cdl license in a week hopefully and I am working towards my CTSP and ISA arborist certification. I own all my own climbing gear and some rigging gear. Located currently in Indiana.

Pu the job in marathon looks tight. Marathon is right next to the florida keys, and on their website it says that they service the keys.

Florida has some of the craziest trees around. I dont know what they are, but they have some pines which I believe are invasive, that get pretty big and are everywhere, and another tree which sort of reminds me of a cypress but with multiple leaders that get really big. And every strange tree in between. My fav was a jimbo wumbo tree.(For you floridians I hope I am saying it right.)

Just a good word for Dot Palm, they are a good company to work for. Always hear good stuff about them.

I have had some luck on finding opportunities. Now I am making calls and weighing options and working to find the right fit for myself. I know times are tough and I can't be too picky but I want to do what is best for me. In the mean time I have picked up some work I've been doing here and there on my own. Thanks to all those who have responded.
