A Christchurch shopping mall announced this morning they're starting a program to control the sizable 'mallrat' population...by playing Barry Manilow music on the sound system. United State's Department of Defense studies proved the effectiveness of this in American malls that employed similar pest control methods.

I'm mounting some outdoor speakers on my truck.
