Important cheese debate!!

[ QUOTE ]
This is a cruel thread for anyone who truly loves cheese in all its forms but is now hopelessly lactose intolerant. I hope you're all happy!

I prefer I nice Wensleydale.

Thats up there with the saddest stories I ever heard. I know what its like to lose a father, a long term relationship, a job, a house and a dog in a 6 month period. Not a good situation, but recoverable..........but loving cheese and not being allowed to consummate.....not sure I could cope!

You can still swill wine though - right?

Gorgonzola

One word, ROQUEFORT when it comes to moldy cheese

[ QUOTE ]

what about feta crumbled

[/ QUOTE ]

Crumbled is for kids....baked feta is the dogs dangly bits!

An old Stilton with an old port is always appreciated. Must be fresh crackers though!

Hmmm...favourite cracker would be jacobs cream, although a sweet digestive is a nice twist, especially with a cranberry Wensleydale - hands off Gromit!

Cheese profiles arriving soon, sorry for the delay.

Anyone tried Stilton with apricots?

or Leerdammer?

what about Pecorino?

Soon my friends, soon.

Most of the cheeses mentioned have never crossed my eyes, and I feel like such a naive cheese lover.

Camembert,

what was I thinking?

i still like brie - on a wheat cracker with cranberry relish on the side = a nice port - a fire and a good book a great cd playing

ok - i am missing something here

LET ME THINK

OH GOT IT

a blanket - winter time

oh well - its summer time in HOTLANTA - no need a blanket or a fire
