It sounds like your dealer is sitting on a pile of 260's. Come back in a year or so and see what he is saying about the 261.

He says the new emission stuff they're putting on it weighs more and gives it less performance.

I was quoted $905.00 for the ms460 with 25" bar. Talked to the dealer about the 440 and he had no clue they were coming back. Any thoughts on that price?

Retail here for a 460 has been 979 989 with 2 size different bars. 440 cheapest has been 829 into 900+

Never seen a new model 440 with the updated HD 2 filter etc for 709 that is unreal cheap. Maybe it was a old left over on the shelf or back room one is why it was sold so cheap.

I just picked up( month or two ago)the 441. I was hesitant but had very little choice do to time. This thing rips! There is still no dual port exhaust available, but I am overall pleased with my purchase. I think it was like 850or close to that.

If only one, it would be the 372. But with an 0200 and a 372/24" bar, we handle 98% of all aerial and groundwork.

372 with 24" bar or if you can find a 440 with 25" bar both saws can handle 18" - 32" bars and handle awesome when modded.
