Local radio station and Nissan dealership had a give away contest that was drawn today and they pulled my name for the grand prize, a Nissan Leaf. It is a lease turn in, but I am going to trade up to something for my wife and distance driving. bought some powerball tickets too, you never know....

Probably will trade it on a gas powered vehicle. Range per charge is 80-100 miles. We routinely travel from ga/AL to PA. Just shy of 1000 miles. Just too many stops to charge.

As to taxes, you have to sign a W-9 and pay the tax. Since this is a lease return, the book value determines the tax.

BUT... If I had a reasonable distance vehicle, I would probably keep it.

I'll trade you one left handed ISC ascender, a Trango Cinch and a Treestuff laser pointer for the car. In a pinch the laser batteries (AAA x 2) might get you another 100 yards closer to your destination.

Sadly I have to report that charcoal gray was the. Color choice only because they have no decent blue color hues. Winter hurts the eyes down here too much.
