Husky 365

Well was looking to replace my mid range saw (56-60 cc) and heard about them. I know they are a dirty saw(pre epa) less tinkering with for porting. Basically was wondering what is a comparable saw to the. Looking at the 357,346,and 365. Just some news from anyone who has used or knows a someone who has.Looked on Husky site and had nada info seems that all the pre- epa saws have no info. Thanks Bull will be calling up the dealer on tuesday.

365 is heavy for its power, IMO. Its roughly 65cc, and although it has more grunt I would run a 357 all day long over it. Its not a powerhouse like the 372 was.

I would shy away, especially considering the costs.

65cc hmm alittle more than I need for midrange saw. I want to run 16-18 bars not 20-24. Thats my 372s job and the yee old 268 well getting a little whipped, and I gave the brother inlaw the 2nd to last stihl I had 260pro and the 270 I got for I got for a prize someplace a time ago well I wouldn't give it away.

Toss up between the 357xp and 346xp right now.I have the 372 set up with 24 and up to 28, then the 385 with 32-36, then the 395 with 42-54 after that well call in the bud with his 3121.Like to keep the 338 with the 14 just closing up a gap with the 16-18" range rear handle.Hopefully test drive some tomarrow. Thanks Bull

Considering you can get the 365 SP right now for $499 PHO. No brainer.

Just remember there is 2 different 365's, Special is closed port and the one that has just 365 is open port.

I've had 2 365 SP and they just rip. If you ever need to put a new top, just put a 372 70.7cc or 372XPW 74.66cc on there or aftermarket BB372 for 76cc.

Also weight is the same as 372 being same saw.

Alrighty kids went test driving yesterday, and the 365 is a good saw lil bulky, and little heavy side for a 65cc. ran both the 357 and 346 still up in the air lighter weight, less bulk, and right 50-57cc for the job. Leaning towards the 346, but I liked the 357 I don't know why. I get the play around with both saws the owner is my brother inlaw he cleaned up my old 260pro I gave him said anytime run it. Darn EPA standards lost many well running saws to the EPA.
