Noel also has a kick a$$ group of guys. They are highly qualified. He can trust that they will do things right. Not all of us have that luxury. All last Fall I wanted to go out to implement marketing ideas and make contact with customers, but I couldn't. My guys are not yet to a level I feel they are competent without me. So, this winter has been tough on me...

I need to ask my customers for their e-mail addresses...

I am not yet using it for my biz, but we use it for the NE ISA Chapter to keep people abreast of what's going on, and it seems pretty basic. Not sure about the Mac, but yes, I believe you can apply it to your address book without entering addy's one by one. Melissa (Treebeach) can give you better info as she's the webmistress for NEISA. I am in the process of building a website, and I even did the Craigslist thing (I think it's gonna be a bad year). I do not have enough of my clients' emails to warrant using CC, but I am going to start gathering emails with the my next consultation.

MTC, you also struck a chord with me and my secretary. We have over 2000 customers in our database, and we have hardly any email addresses. She started taking email addresses on today's calls, (5 calls, 4 email addresses on 1st day!) We have a spot in quickbooks to enter them all. We will probably call or send a letter to our customers from the last 2 years and gather as many email addresses as possible, so we can do the same as you. Excellent idea we all can use. Thank you.
