We stagger breeding as well for the same reasons. A neighbor does meat birds and we will buy a pen of chickens from his kids and help process them. We do the same thing with his pigs.

I posted in the other thread but as to the effects on my biz? My billing is up over 40% since April 2019. I just don't understand it.
