How big were ancient trees?

Now I know how they determine the age of mountains. They just count the rings!

I went back and watched a little more of the video. The more you watch, the worse it gets. I "learned" that the giant trees weren't trees as we know them, but were "silicon trees." Once-living tissue cannot be mineralized (petrified), so these giants grew as siliceous rock. And hexagonal shapes are only made by living organisms like bees and snowflakes.

Finding some of the giant fallen silicon trees would be a firewood bonanza. They should be close to the stumps, right? Can't be too hard to spot a 20,000 ft long spar. I bet those silicon logs burn a long time. One tree might last all of Ontario for years.

If someone doesn't dismiss a load of crap like this or the flat earth, I feel bad for them. Life must be difficult lacking any meaningful grasp of science and critical thinking skills.
The cavemen were really good at firewood scavenging. Lol

Parody end to end with parody.

How much of the population believes:

Qanon
Voter fraud
Moon landing was faked
C19 was created as population control

This list could go on and on...not necessary

Just noticed the original post was apparently edited and the video was removed. Hum-m-m.
With all this chatter, I'm really curious to watch part of it. I could use a good laugh.

As a geologist it's always fun to talk to a creationist. In college (many decades ago) my roommate was dating a girl who thought she wanted to major in geology, but was a creationist. Really funny talking to her.

Anybody have a link to the video?

Haha...Q is a fraud created to discredit the group its supposed to be representing, its a division tactic and are we will be divided among the many groups.
While I'm being told I'm unscientific, why are people listening to Gill Bates (you know who I'm talking about) who is not a doctor or scientist who's openly said there should be a reduction to 500 million and that there's too many seniors so maybe if we pull the plug on end-of-life patients it will ease healthcare costs. Funny thing, his organization held a p-demic "exercise" scenario with John's Hopkins in October of 2019 called Event two-o-one, look it up

Why can this be posted if it's been removed? Why send it to someone if you didn't want it around? I find it funny how someone said they didn't watch it but clicked the dislike button. I would not be disturbed enough if anybody posted anything that I didn't agree with
The video was removed from your post here on the Buzz, not from YouTube (as if you didn't know.) I definitely clicked the dislike button for the video, but never said I didn't watch it. It should be obvious to you that I did watch the video since I ridiculed some of the preposterous assertions and incorrect information contained within.

What is your motive for promoting such disinformation?

I thought it might be interesting to people who are familiar with trees and they can take what they want or dismiss it...not to cause the disturbance that has ensued. I have posted this video on a few platforms and it is only here that I'm getting negative comments. My regular viewers had view few things to say but nothing negative. I can't make money on this video, the ad revenue goes to the original poster.

I can't make a cent off of this vid. I am a hardworking firewood retailer. I sell 50 to 60 cords a year on my own with a slow splitter. If you saw how I work, you would want me on your crew.

It's more of a joke than serious. To me, we're at the point where often it's hard to tell the difference between a troll, a BOT, or a serious forum member. (Poe's Law)

I see the truth really is elusive:
