In the morning as you are preping to go out , start drinking then and make it a game. I try to get at least 1qt in me before i hit the job site.I swear this gives me a real jump on the day.
25 years lucky enough no electrolyte issues!! Like Jamin says just gotta eat well!Most really hot days i eat trail mix all day,no chemicals o natural! or salad, good olive oil and balsamic vin.... thats it.Oh and the fruit great idea!!
