We are seeking to hire (1) Tree Crew Foreman/Climber and (2) Tree Climber’s to be a part of our growing organization, in a full-time capacity. We are looking for experienced, motivated and responsible individuals looking to further their career. Requirements for ALL positions:
Pass a drug test and back ground check upon hiring
Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time
Must have experience with proper pruning, climbing and rigging practices/techniques
Must have basic knowledge of tree identification
Must speak English, bi-lingual a plus
Must have verifiable job history
Must have a positive attitude and be a reliable team worker
Must be able to work extended hours, in harsh outdoor conditions

TREE CREW FOREMAN/CLIMBER:
Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 5-7 years experience in tree climbing, safe rigging practices, high-risk tree removals and installation of tree cabling/support systems
• ISA Certified Arborist not required, but a plus
Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous tree crew foreman experience
• Degrees/certifications in a relatable field of study and/or ISA certifications/qualifications
• ISA Certified Arborist and/or ISA Tree Climber Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Supervise, lead and work with tree crew in completing work orders in a safe, timely and professional manner
• Prune and remove trees and install tree cabling/support systems, per ANSI standards
• Point of contact with Arborist/salesperson, office and customers
• Maintain equipment
Compensation/Benefits:
