Crews work 4/10hr days per week / minor overtime, nearly all weekends free to head to the mountains or short ferry ride to Seattle, etc.
Mild climate, nice summers, mild winters in the Evergreen State.
Operate top-of-the-line tree equipment, mini-skids do most of the heavy lifting, most climbing gear / consumables provided by company.
Compensation: $21 to $36 per hour, DOE.

Must-haves:
Skilled Tree Climber 2 years experience, minimum (MRS, SRS, spur climbing, and crane experience preferred)
Positive Attitude
Honest
Great communicator, team player
Self-motivated, Good hustle
Heavy lifting capable
Mindful of Safety, willing to follow Company and ANSI A300 safety standards
Attention to detail
People skills, caring attitude with customers
No Drugs, no alcohol problems, non-smoking
Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred)
ISA Certified Arborist preferred
