Aspen Tree Expert Co Inc – Jackson, NJ -Looking for an experienced climber who knows their way around technical removals, controlled rigging, and clean pruning work. We’re a busy operation in Ocean/Monmouth County New Jersey with year‑round work and a solid reputation for safe, efficient takedowns.

About the Work- We handle everything from standard removals to tight drop zones, storm‑damaged trees, and multi‑step rigging jobs. If you’re comfortable making decisions aloft, communicating with a ground crew, and keeping production moving without sacrificing safety, you’ll fit right in.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in rope & saddle climbing (SRT/MRS both welcome)
• Solid rigging fundamentals (mechanical advantage, friction management, redirecting, etc.)
• Ability to break down a tree safely and efficiently
• Chainsaw competence (top‑handle + ground saw)
• Respect for PPE and safe work practices
• CDL is a plus, but not required- We will Train in house
• ISA cert is a bonus
