Hi

Wow, look at these names ! I'm remembering bigtime.

First of all, what an amazing forum, to have kept my name and password active. All other forums delete you if you are gone for simply a year. It's been years from the buzz.

Tom Dunlap: What a guy. (and I'm not being sarcastic) I must have been such a time consuming member of the buzz for him as a moderator, because (I think) I posted interesting content, but then again I would get very much like an assassin and bully other members that I thought were lying or I didn't like, so I think Tom was likely torn on what to do with me. I appreciate the slack he gave me. He yelled and threatened me with permanent bans a few times I think, but never came to that. Glenn Riggs and I had to be a pills to deal with back then. I'm probably still pill to deal with; so I'm going to look over topics after this and decide if I can be here or not. I do not fit in with modern society, so a forum is not likely a place that I can jive with. If things bother me too much to stay calm in a response; I just won't respond (I owe Tom that). If I can add thought provoking comments and maybe help someone, then maybe I will.

Muggs; I remember that name.

Steinest: as well.

EVO : Wow MAN ! you kept the same avatar picture too! I made a bonsai of that tree, as I'm sure you remember. Then I lost it in a flood of my property, during a very difficult year of many set-backs.

Old OakMan: Hey! Thanks for always being polite.

Hey Xman, I remember that you sent me a bunch of rings to splice up back when you first put out the xrings, for free. I spliced them all up and used em a bit but also gave the slings out to crews around town to try and pay it forward and help promote. I think I even met you briefly at tcia before or after that. A year or 2 later I think I said some rude things to you on here when some drama came up around the rings. I'm sorry about that, it was completely uncalled for. I kind of flamed out and got too big for my britches or something like that, I apologize. You were always a rad member here and enthusiastic person who helped make tree work what it is today. I think that treebuzz.com influenced modern tree work in a huge way and you were in the thick of it.

I've recently rejoined here as well, it's different but still some good stuff going on. I hope that life has been good to you in the interim. :birra:
I've said more rude things than you I'm sure.

Glad to see you back, and I even still have the same hair cut just more grey

Hi Dave, I know ya don't know me but I'm pretty sure your old friends with my boss.
I really appreciate you coming back too. Hope u stick around bro!

@theXman you letting me crash on your property as a total stranger, still young and wet behind the ears, to come work with you for a few days will forever be a top moment for me. Definitely helped shape how I treat those coming up after me and sharing what I know and passing things on. I still have and use a bunch of the rings you gave me on that trip, and my wife still laughs at how I said pay me in rigging rings instead of money!
