For safety, and looking professional, I have the orange with white and yellow stripe safety shirts for uniforms. When its cold and people have jackets, I have hi-vis yellow vests that are one size fits all with a velcro closure. They're cheap and small, easily fitting into a PPE bin. I think its a good idea, especially when the climber is wearing a mesh face screen like the Stihl Helmets, Bug eyes glasses, or there's eyeglass fogging conditions.
