Couldn't open the fire one, gotta get my wife to figure this video stuff out.

Speak'in of fire, had a guy workin with us a few years back, I found out later if he spilled a little chainsaw gas on himself he'd light it on fire, he reasoned it dryed it out, well one day he spilled a litte more than he figured on himself at the local SA, sure enough he goes to "dry it out" . Theres our company image, treeguy lighten himself on fire and then rollin around in the grass puttin himself out. Fortunatly he only singed his leg hair and melted some pants - could of bin worse

The same guy who "dried" his leg out on Dave's watch came to work for me. On his first day climbing we were working side by side in a couple of small silver maples. Out of the corner of my eye I notice he's not moving. I look over and he's having a smoke break. I remind him that smoking comes when work is done. When we got on the ground he flicks a butt into the brush pile we were getting ready to drag out to the chipper.

OK, time for the whole smoking lecture...

Not when client is around

As we walked to the van I told him, half as a joke, not to smoke when servicing saws. Guess what happened next? Yup, within seven minutes he's gassing a saw with a butt in his mouth. I almost slapped him! What an idiot...

There is a good chance I can help you. I use Ulead Video Studio 8 to capture video in AVI format and burn it to DVD as mpeg.

Why not just have Mark, Tom, or whoever does it, add the .avi extension to the allowable files upload list?

Got it...I will fuss with it some tonight and let you know. You are right, it is a good lesson in Murphy's Law...it ain't over 'til the log stops walking!!
