Help with new employee/ language barrier

I have added someone to my team, A great person that I hope sticks around a long time. We use google translate often. I'm just wondering if anyone has and literature in Spanish they might be willing to part with. I've already purchased tree climbers companion, ANSI Z133 from Isa. Just putting some feelers out there. We aren't anywhere near climbing yet to give yall an idea of where we are. I do feel like I might have to do some "untraining" to break some old habits. Taking it slow for sure.

Any literature that we have available in English?( tree work/terms specific) translated to Spanish... Pretty sure ISA's library is my best option, Just curious if there were some gems out there. Appreciate the feedback.

I took on a Spanish only speaking employee over one year ago now
He has taught me a lot of Spanish and he is learning English ,it’s a good trade off . It is difficult at times but he’s such a good guy I can’t imagine the team without him! Google translate was the key to the relationship working at first ! Now we hardly have to use it. The first 6 months were little tough until I picked it up . He’s struggles with English so I default to Spanish when communicating with him , the other team is learning it fairly well too !

He's already doing that and he's a quick learn (in all facets) in other words, I'm investing all I can with hopes of long term work relationship. Thanks yall for the positive feedback.@
@RogerM
You may want to contact Edwardo Medina at Davey Tree in IL.
He is a recruiter & instructor for Davey; primarily Spanish speakers.
REALLY Great guy. He has volunteered for many, many, many TCC's.
He was a good friend w/ Norm Hall.
Although he works for Davey, I'm sure he could provide some useful insights for your "project" .
