You have a bit more homework to do first.

Location?
Species? If you don't know, snip off a twig and leave sample and then take several pictures on a light colored background. THIS IS CRITICAL!
Any site changes? Excavation or fill? Irrigation?
What changed from the last time they looked great? How long ago was that?

What I think I see, hard to tell, us a dying red maple.

Causes could be that the buried root flare is rotten, verticillium wilt, girdling roots, lawn care chemical misapplication....the list goes on.

Need more data.

In the interest of retaining your hammock attachment points, you might want to contact an ISA Certified Arborist https://www.treesaregood.org/findanarborist/findanarborist Be sure to look for an arborist who specializes in Tree Health Care and Preservation of Trees During Construction. They may be able to pneumatically excavate enough roots to allow the trees to recover. You'll pay a consulting fee for their time for the initial visit, and they may not have good news for you, but it's better to get an accurate and objective assessment of the condition of the trees, and what legitimate mitigation options are available to attempt to resuscitate them. Then you'll be able to make an informed decision on how to move forward.

You're welcome. I'd also suggest planting a couple succession trees near them now. That way, assuming you're able to milk more years out of those trees, you'll have understudies waiting in the wings for their place in the sun, and a new place to hang the hammock.

Can you please tell me the names of the trees that I can pants in the backyard so we can have some shades in the future. Also which one Has the fast growing
Thank you

The arborist you retain to assess the two trees currently growing on the site will probably be able to give better information based on the particular considerations of your site. When you visit the ISA website and begin calling arborists, be sure to let them know that you also want to plant more trees, and need to have the site assessed and to receive recommendations for tree species best suited for the site.
