I would say they both untie rather easily after being loaded with the weight of a climber. I don't have any experience with those being heavily loaded near the MBS of the line.Is either one easier to untie after loaded hard?
I'm not certain where that would come from for the double sheet bend. For the single sheet bend, definitely as the single loop can work loose, but the double loop cinches down pretty darn tight. I have used this knot on rigging lines rigging big elm wood without issue ever.i have heard the double sheet bend is a poor choice for heavy, intermittent loads. and that it can come undone. I wouldn't feel comfortable on that.
