Helmet on sale

I noticed this helmet is on sale. Is anyone out there using it and if so can you recommend it?

My hardhat has a tendency to fall off and I'm looking for an alternative.

I have one. Heavier than the Petzl Vertex, which I'm wearing now. They also have a tendency to crack along the rim.

I had one spontaneously crack after less than a year of use. It was not hit by anything or dropped. On closer inspection, there was a small imperfection on the helmet that may have been an air bubble or something. My faveorite helmet is the Petzl ecrin roc hands down...

Ecrin Roc here myself. Saved me a couple times from having to take the rest of the day off!

The name tag tnttree stuck on there at the tree fund climb. It hasnt worn off yet, I figure thats an extra layer of protection!

I recieved an order from Sherrill yesterday, forgot to order a new lid... oops.

I have a Vertex also, but I dont much care for its suspension. My mellon fills them both to the brim, looks like the helment was made just for me!

today i had a good chunk of dead wood land squarely on it, and i thought to myself, see this is why we wear helmets. love my roc

The one I remember the best a dead pine, slightly inside the woods, dropping into the street. Tree starting over, and a smallish limb broke, hit me on the noggin. It was a glancing blow, but I thought the same, "love my roc."

Petzl roc is my fav light weight and does its job with when the tree decides to drop something on it.
