Helmet cam help

Drift is the way to go in my opinion. Great field of view and nice and sleek and low profile on the top of your helmet.

Check out the new one! A lot smaller!

I am not a fan of the side mount cameras. Tried it with my drift and field of view isn't great. The lens can rotate on the Drift which does make it mountable anywhere. The new Drift HD (smaller one) has an optional waterproof case now. Not sure if this allows it still to be mounted. All drift cameras are splash proof and can take some rain. Just cant be submerged.

Check out the new GoPro, they just updated it with wifi so that you can control it with your smartphone!

For me the time-lapse picture setting gives me a video that I actually have time to put online. I probably have 40 hours of video I haven't had time to edit.

Time-lapse example here: http://tinyurl.com/7qxypm7

I still need to add music and tweak, etc. but it gives you a feel for what it will look like.

I get about 2 hours per battery with the time-lapse setting, 1 picture every 30 seconds.
