TREE WORKS, INC. has a positision open for a Climber. Someone with experience in big removals with and without a crane. We took down a bunch after the last storm one of the bigger ones I measurred was 255' tall with a 145' crown spread.
That isn't all we do, we do fine pruning and fruit tree pruning too.
This is a small company with only 7 people in the field so you have to be able to do everything and be a team player. We all take care of each other everyday.
We are looking for someone with 5 years or more experience. A certified tree worker or certified arborist is a big plus.
We work on Hawaii Island and are based in Hilo.
Drivers license a must, CDL a plus. If you don't have the CDL we will get you one.
There is housing available, an apartment at the office/baseyard with a great ocean view. This way you can just walk down the stairs and you are at work.
