Has anyone tried Allgears rocket line?

one thing though, i don't like it for footlocking, i use the neopro for that.

Because it is so wiry, it get too stiff to scoop and get a good lock with, well, maybe it was because the two times I tried it with the rocket it was - temps ;)

Joshua- you should try the leather rope sleeve. They will save you a lot of rope wear, arm-wear, and it's super tree-friendly!

I just did a couple quick ascents on (Cary's) brand new Rocket line. The big thing I noticed and was quite concerned about was that I milked a LOT of cover off the rope. It was something like 8' or so. I can't remember, but it was way more than I'd ever seen off a 24 strand rope.

Other than that, it sounds like people are liking it...

ya know though i was thinking today since im gonna be using the line for SRT mostly and not DRT i might consider the KMIII. i use a rope walker kit from wespur.com and have been using arbor master with it. not the smoothest thing out there but gets the job done.

another thing to add to that. it was a logical thought in my head that if i was going to buy a longer rope then my 120 arb master, i should get a static line or something with low stretch because the accent is longer. anything over 60 feet i use SRT and girth the line to a high limb with a running bowline. i was thinking about getting either a 24 strand or a static line. im planning on setting up a system on taller tree's where i can rope walk up the static line and then have a drt system working off of the static line. i dunno though. how does the KMIII hold up to working conditions?
