Short vid that I finished early due to having my first real video job starting this weekend for the local fire school and county firefighter recruiting effort. Going to be AWESOME.

This is the topic of the vid on few spots now. Don't get me wrong... I put it in the vid to have the topic come up. I can go both ways on this so I wont argue with anyone either way. All clear was called before that drop though.

I get it. I'm sure it was done safely but I think dropping gear is disrespectful to the company. I would loose my shit of somebody tossed any of my gear out of a tree. It costs money. I work with guys who toss blocks to the ground from height and they wonder why all the gear is crap. It was a cool video and I'm sure your are a true professional but I personally would have left that clip out. But that's just my opinion and you know what they say about that! No malice intended.

LOL, I see your point and can go with it as well. It is odd to me though, I won't say I had never had a pole break after I have dropped it out of a tree, although it was only one....... even more odd it was mine.... not the companies.... go figure.
