Graphing customer spending

I'm trying to figure out how to graph customer spending and make it easy to visualize. Let's say that there are 1,500 clients. There are a few who spend a lot of money but most spend very little.

Does anyone know of a computer program that can be used to graph this?

The catch is that none of the spending data is digitized. All I have is a list of numbers that I would have to enter manually.

how do you do your accounting tom? ive just started using quickbooks and i think that displays graphs and various reports and multiple formats

I never have found anything better than microsoft excel to do spread sheets and graphs. My wife enters receipts in categories that I have made up. Fuel, parts, repairs and so on. I can chart the use of these items and place them on a graph to track expense to earnings ratios for each month.

I second the use of excel. Very easy to use with a little playing around with it. Probably one of the best programs to get the charts and comparisons that you are looking for.
