Gear made from branch saver?

I just bought a spool for a cabling job that I had no idea how much I would need, so I just decided to buy a roll if it. I have about half left over, and it keeps speaking to me. Oh all of the slings, spider legs, and random crap I could make... Most of all what about using it for some x rings, or one of those brummeled daisy chain sling? I know that I should just save it for the next job or three. It's rated for 10K so it would be about the same a 1/2 DB rigging line.

I've made stuff out of spool ends. It's great and tough as nails. Only problem is how easy it picks, which makes slings pretty much disposable.
The best use I've found is rigging friction savers with the chafe sleeve as a cover.
I'll get a photo up later.

This is my BranchSaver rigging FS. It's been in regular use for 2 years with no problems.
There are 9 brummels (2" apart) on each eye and an 8" overlap in the centre that is lockstitched.
Chafe sleeve cover is essential.
